Description

Most of the flat, grassy plot is bordered by a gravel driveway.

The setting

The plot is our garden with trees, set back from the street, which is not very busy on one side, and facing the fields on the other.
Shady or sunny, depending on the time of day.

The spots

The site is accessible from the street to motorhomes of up to 7m (mine is 7m30 but some manoeuvring is required to get in).
We can accommodate several motorhomes or vans from the same group, but not separate groups, as they will be parked one behind the other.
Electricity and running water available at extra cost. No emptying possible unless biodegradable products are used.
Extension cord or hose available on loan.
Gas available at 5 min.

The sanitary facilities

Dry toilets in unheated shelters and solar-powered camping showers are available, which we can fill with hot water when the sun is not shining, provided you use biodegradable soap.

The amenities

A fridge, microwave, barbecue (charcoal required), garden table and chairs, deckchairs, veranda with sofa, table and chairs, pool table, darts, WiFi, above-ground swimming pool, children's games (outdoor and company) can also be provided, subject to availability.
Washing machine and dryer available at extra charge, €3 per machine.

The activities

We are located in the heart of the Brie region, more precisely in the heart of the Brie Nangissienne, ideally situated for tourism between the castles of Fontainebleau 35min, Vaux le Vicomte 25min, Blandy les Tours 20min, the medieval town of Provins 25min, then a little further away Disneyland Paris 50min and at the gates of Paris in 60min.
For nature lovers, you're just a stone's throw from the Villefermoy forest (5min), the Fontainebleau forest with its varied terrain for walks, hikes and climbing, the leisure centers of Bois le Roi, Varennes sur Seine, Vaires sur Marne, renowned for its aquatic activities during the Olympic Games in 2024, and the riverside villages of Moret sur Loing, Samois sur Seine, Samoreau and artists such as Barbizon.

Other things

We'll be happy to inform you about tourist, sporting and cultural activities in the surrounding area.
For an extra charge, we can also drop you off at the TER station for Paris on one side or Provins on the other, or the bus station for Montereau, Provins, Melun, Disneyland or Fontainebleau with a connection.
Supermarkets, shops and restaurants 5 min away.
Aperitif platters can be booked in advance.

Rules

Plot accessible by motorized gate, prefer daytime access for visibility of large motorhomes, respect the rules of good manners regarding noise, privacy and neighborliness, pick up after your pets, which must be uncategorized and whose presence we must be informed of before booking.
Recycling garbage cans are available for your waste.
Parties are forbidden.
