Motorhome pitch on enclosed plot of a detached house
in a pretty, quiet Ile de France village
7 km from RER C (Paris - gare d'Austerlitz)
and 8 km from Briis-sous-Forges motorway station
(RER B - Paris - gare du Nord).

The setting

Green and flowery surroundings.
A LED street lamp illuminates the site all night long.
Quiet street: no traffic at night; little traffic during the day.
Close to pond, river and forest.

The spots

The pitch is located on the side of the house.
We offer only one pitch.
No facing building.
The motorhome (or caravan) opens either to the east (morning sun),
or to the west under a cart (shade and no rain).
The pitch is slightly sloping: please provide stabilizing wedges.
Easily accessible through a 3.50 m wide gate.
For motorhomes and caravans up to 7.50 m long.

The sanitary facilities

No sanitary facilities.
Cold drinking water available from garden tap.
Possibility of draining grey and black water.

Washing machine available in owner's presence (€5).

so it's imperative that you make no noise, for a more pleasant life!
Music forbidden outside the motorhome or caravan.
Pets are strictly forbidden.
Washing of motorhome or caravan prohibited.

Extras

Possibility of breakfast (€15 / person)

Breakfast delivered to the camper van from 6:00 to 8:00 on weekdays
and served at the owner's from 7:00 to 10:00 on weekends.

Breakfast includes :
- 1 hot drink (coffee, tea or chocolate)
- 1 fruit juice (25 cl) or 1 seasonal fruit
- 1 croissant*
- 1/4 French bread* (baguette)
- butter
- homemade jam or Nutella
*replaced by rusks or other industrial products on Mondays and in August

You can also order directly from the owner
a picnic basket for the following day (before 5.30pm) = €15 per person
Delivered to the camper van between 7:00 and 8:00.

Picnic includes :
- 1 sandwich + cherry tomatoes or 1 hard-boiled egg + mixed salad
- 1 slice of cheese (Comté or Vache Qui Rit) or 1 yoghurt (fruit, chocolate or plain)
- 1 piece of seasonal fruit or 1 cake (madeleine type)
- 1 25-cl drink (still water, sparkling water, fruit juice or Coke)
- 1 disposable towel
