The spots

The land, with a total area of 3 hectares 7, is harmoniously divided into two plots. The first, one hectare in size, unveils a breathtaking view from its flat top, then gently slopes down, offering an idyllic setting for moments of outdoor relaxation.

The second parcel, covering 2 hectares 7, has a generally flat topography, ideal for a variety of activities. A small wood nearby adds a touch of charm and shade, creating a natural setting conducive to escape.
