I'm offering a flat, enclosed plot to park 1 to 3 vans or motorhomes, motorcycles in a quiet area.
You will be able to plug in** to a standard 6 to 16A socket according to your needs.
An outside water point, and all amenities at the inhabitant's if needed**.
Free-roaming dogs accepted, but arrangements to be made with our own, or with other campers...
Bikers welcome, and garage or bedrooms available*** in case of rain, or heavy fatigue...

The setting

On a plot with 360° mountain views, in a quiet, discreet setting behind hedges and fences....
In the center of the valley, you can walk or take the bus to many activities without moving your van...
Bakery, shops, fishing lake and swimming lake, city stadium, children's playground 2 steps away...
2 adult and 2 child bikes available. Access to the Geneva / Sallanches / Chamonix cycle path...
For motorcycling, there are many fun loops with curves, passes and landscapes to explore during the day...
Enough to ride and discover for at least 3 to 4 days...

Flat ground, lawn of the house...
Shade possible with 2 trees on lot.

Trucks possible, additional fees.

The sanitary facilities

Separate bathroom and toilet possible. Toilet free of charge (cleanliness to be respected).
**Price for access to shower:
Preferably shower: from 8 to 9 am and from 7 to 8 pm... 3euros/shower
3€ for washing machine or dryer.

Extension cords forbidden in tent...
Tel and other batteries can be recharged safely in the house....
Nb: Artisanal zone, some nuisance during the week around 7 a.m. and around 5 p.m., otherwise almost none during the day or in the evening or at weekends (no activity).

Arrival: 9am/10am or 5pm/20pm
Departure: before 9am
Please respect the premises, people and neighbors
Access to amenities is free but must be discreet. Dogs are not allowed.
Dogs are accepted provided they respect the premises and others. It's easy and pleasant to walk around with them.
No night closure, but quiet access required.
Access to water does not include filling drinking water tanks. No emptying possible.
