Description

Easily accessible plot, next to a little road with little traffic and our house, but protected from view by a hedge.
Hiking trails nearby. Ideal for hikers and cyclists.
Replat for pitching a tent.
For the moment, the land is bare, but the installation of equipment (caravan, dry toilets, solar shower, kitchen...) is planned!

The setting

Quiet location, close to Château d'Artias and the Loire Gorge.

The spots

The site is on a slope, but there is a more or less flat area where one or two tents can be set up.
It is possible to park a vehicle a few meters from the roadside.
It may be possible to park directly on the site with an all-terrain vehicle.

The sanitary facilities

No sanitary facilities for the moment, but you can use our dry toilets (access without passing through our accommodation, less than 100m away).
There is a well on the property (non-potable water).
Installation of dry toilets and a solar shower on the site planned!

The amenities

No kitchen or electricity. It is possible to plug in at our place (minimum 60m extension lead) or to charge your appliances. A cooler with ice packs can be lent for the duration of your stay, and a can of drinking water can also be lent if required.
Construction of an open-air kitchen planned.

The activities

Ideal for walks and hikes.
The Loire is not far away (600m as the crow flies), and it's a nice walk down to it (be careful, it's uphill on the way back!).
I offer basket-making courses on site.

Other things

You can buy local and organic products from us (jams, syrups, vegetables, etc.) because we are producers.

Rules

No specific rules other than respecting the place and its inhabitants, of course!
