Description

Meadow located at the gateway to the Morvan, near the town of Epinac, 20 minutes from Autun and 20 minutes from the start of the Route des Grands Crus.

The Grand Autunois Morvan region is a protected natural area with a rich heritage (castles, archeological sites, vineyards, etc.) and numerous activities (hiking, mountain biking, velorail, canoeing, crafts, shows, etc.).

The setting

The plot is in a quiet location, opposite a 15th-century château that can be visited, an old wash-house and a few fruit trees, all with a breathtaking view over the entire Drée valley.

The spots

The land is flat with trees providing shade and barbecue facilities.

Cultural visit of different castles :
- Morlet
- Sully
- Epiry

Close to vineyards and thus to the route des grands crus.
Hiking trails nearby.

Rules

Parties are forbidden
No noise after 10pm, as this is a small village where you can hear everything.
Barbecues are permitted
