Description

Ideal for a break on the road.
Situated on a small farm, you'll have the pleasure of walking around and discovering the Charente Limousine.
7 kilometers from Confolens, 25 kilometers from Bellac, I'll welcome you with a smile when the weather's nice.
Be careful, it's a small farm and with the rain we've had since last year, there's mud at the slightest shower.

The setting

The site is in the countryside, just a few kilometers from the village.
⚠️⚠️ Very busy road nearby, so if you're a light sleeper, you'll have to move to the bottom of the 9 hectares, which have no water or electricity, but no noise either.

The spots

Pitch on grass or gravel depending on the season. The ground is flat and there is even the possibility of sheltering the vehicle.

The village of Brillac has a swimming pool and library....
In August, there's the Confolens festival.
I'm also 1h from Angoulême, 1h from Limoges and 1h from Poitiers.

Other things

Dogs will have to be kept on a leash and I ask for the RC .
My dogs are not congeneric so they are also on a leash in the presence of your dogs.
If your dogs come to bite a horse, you will be held responsible, hence the need to be well insured!

Rules

⛔ No smoking near the buildings ⛔ (there's hay and straw so it makes sense) a pot as an ashtray will be available for smokers. I'll mail you the butts if I find any on the ground!
