Description

Situated 25 kilometers from Paris and just a stone's throw from the Seine, this early 20th-century residence has been restored and is full of charm, with parquet floors, fireplaces, terracotta floor tiles and small sitting rooms. The large garden is perfect for pitching a tent, with a shaded terrace and bicycle garage.
A warm welcome awaits campers, who are invited to share local produce, good addresses and the history of the house.
The owner is also a keen cyclist and holds a brevet Fédéral d'entraineur (federal coaching diploma), and is passionate about guiding and advising cycling tourists.
We have been awarded both the "Accueil Vélo" and "Etape Vélo" labels, and offer specific services for cyclists.

The setting

Situated in a residential area of ANDRESY, classified by the Bâtiments de France, the property enjoys a superb location overlooking the Seine.

The spots

The flat, walled site is easily accessible and can accommodate two to three medium-sized tents (2 to 4 people).
Mini vans can be DACIA JOGGER or similar.

The sanitary facilities

Sanitary facilities include a separate dry toilet.

The amenities

Campers have access to free internet, a garden table and chairs, a lighted terrace, a drinking water point, electrical outlets* outside the house for recharging cell phones and electric bike batteries, and a solar shower.

Breakfast and dinner are available on request.

Rules

Here are our conditions and the rules to observe in the Camping area:

- Access and check-in: 5 pm to 7 pm
- Departure and Check out: 8am to 10am
- Curfew from 10 pm to 8 am (we take care of our neighbors)
- Breakfast served from 7.30am to 8.30am
- Pets not allowed
- No children under 7
- Smokers allowed in the vicinity of their tent or van, provided they do not disturb other guests.

Possibility of breakfast (€8 / person)

Continental breakfast including orange juice, fresh bread, fruit, homemade jams, honey, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt, pancakes.

Tent ready

A 2-seater tent with groundsheet is available on loan at an additional cost to be paid on site.
