Description

Opposite the Houilles Carrières sur Seine train station, 12 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe or Gare Saint Lazare. Supermarket, restaurant and shops nearby.

The setting

Garden with lots of trees, no train noise (cars can be heard), surrounded by buildings (vis à vis) but with areas sheltered from view.

The spots

You will have the choice to set up wherever you want in my garden, the land is on 2 levels, and relatively flat.
No access for outsiders (you have to go through the apartment).

The sanitary facilities

I'll leave the bay window open to access the bathroom (bathtub) and toilet.

The amenities

I can make wifi available, my kitchen for breakfast with all equipment and dishes) Electricity is in the house, I put an extension cord.
I can lend sheets, comforters, pillows and a 2-person mattress or gym mats.

The activities

In just a quarter of an hour, you're in Paris, where anything is possible. On the line that takes you directly to Disneyland in 1h15, to Chatelet in less than 20 minutes, to La Défense in 8 minutes...

Other things

I have a sweet little dog and 3 cats that you will meet in the garden.

Rules

I live in an apartment, my neighbors must not be disturbed, the use of the garden must respect their calm and the rules of the condominium. Cigarettes are only allowed outside, children must be able to live with my pets, thank you.

Possibility of breakfast (€6 / person)

Hot drink, fruit juice, pastries and toast or cereals.
To get what you like, remember to give me your choice the day before and the time you want to have breakfast.
