Description

In the heart of the Airial landais, halfway between Roquefort and Labrit.

The open-air pitches are at the far end of the site, on the edge of the forest, opposite the sheep pen. In the evening, you can admire the sunsets over the trees and the field.

The setting

I welcome you to a peaceful setting close to the forest and animals: hens and roosters, ducks, sheep and goats, 2 dogs, 1 semi-free-roaming cat.

There are also 2 chambres d'hôtes, 2 gîtes, a swimming pool and a playground.

Pets are welcome, but the local animals are (semi) free-range.

The spots

The 3 pitches are at the far end of the plot, in a quiet location close to the forest and facing the animal enclosures and children's play area.

For the moment, I can only accommodate autonomous vehicles. But work is in progress (on the electricity, for example).

Heavy vehicles cannot access the 2 parking spaces at the back (the access road and parking spaces are not stabilized, but only grassed).

In the event of heavy rain, please contact me to check the condition of the ground.

The sanitary facilities

Dry toilets only for non-autonomous vehicles...

A small washbasin with cold water supply is located near the bread oven.

I specify that I don't have a shower.

The amenities

You will have the possibility to use a washing machine (2€, detergent provided), tumble dryer (1€ per cycle), access to water. Electricity will be available from mid-May.

No wood-fired barbecues.

The activities

Relax by the bread oven, socialize by the pool or under the converted barn, or enjoy the playground with the kids (trampoline, badminton/volleyball net, rackets, molky, etc.).

A SPA is available for relaxation (15€/H, 5€/additional person) on reservation.

Blackberries and herbs picked in late summer. Mushrooms and chestnuts in autumn.

The town of Roquefort, 10 minutes away, is very pretty (market on Saturday mornings).
We're very close to the Gers and Armagnac.

Other things

If they like you, the chickens and quails will offer you their eggs. There are also a few local products available to tide you over.

No oil change on site.
The nearest dumping area is 10min away in
Roquefort (574 Allée de Nauton 40120 Roquefort).

Rules

Please contact me so that I can be present to welcome you and guide you to your location.

No garbage or cigarette butts on the ground will be tolerated.
You'll need to take your garbage cans with you as there is no collection. Containers are available less than 2 minutes from the house in the 2 directions you can take when leaving.

Swimming pool and playground access from 10:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for everyone's peace and quiet. As for music and noise, not after 10pm.

No wood-fired barbecues.
No emptying of toilets or grey water.
