Description

We are in a clearing in the middle of the woods, 1 km from a village with a shopping center, bar, tobacconist, hairdresser, bakery, garage, pharmacy...

The setting

We're in a clearing in the middle of an accessible private wood. A change of scenery is guaranteed, as is peace and quiet apart from my children playing around (but not after 9pm).

Locations are around the backyard.

The sanitary facilities

The dry toilets are in the courtyard at the back of the house.

The amenities

There's plenty of room for bikes under the porch, and the garage is still accessible, with DIY tools, water, electricity, a tumble dryer and a freezer.

The activities

You can stroll through the woods on foot, or cycle to the village 1km away, and the equestrian center is less than 2km away. A 10-minute drive will take you to the Jugon-les-lacs lake, where you can take part in water sports, or to Dinan, a pretty town full of character. The beach is 20 minutes away.

Rules

Rules :
1) Do not leave any non-biodegradable garbage lying around.
2) Each overnight stay is guaranteed between 12:30 and 12:00 the following day. However, if there's no one there the day before, you can arrive as early as 9am. Similarly, if there's no one there the next day, you can leave as late as 6pm.
3) Curfew is 10pm, but you can make noise until midnight if you let us know and if it doesn't disturb the other camper if he's there. In the morning, please avoid making any noise before 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. if another camper is present.

Pets, children, the elderly and others are welcome.

Extras

Possibility of breakfast (€12 / person)

- Coffee or tea or milk/hot chocolate or fruit juice
- Bread (homemade if required), butter, jam, honey, spreads as desired

As an option, it can be organic (5 euros) or have a viennoiserie (5 euros).
