Description

Cozy barn atmosphere at the Bergbauer.
We invite you to spend a night in our rustic but very cozy barn. The barn is on our old farm in a secluded location, surrounded by a spacious permaculture garden with a wonderful view of the Unterallgäu and the Alps.

The setting

Our farm is located about 1.5 km outside of Sontheim on a hill surrounded by lush green meadows, fields and forests, which invite you to go hiking, cycling and walking.

The amenities

It is possible to cook in a makeshift kitchen consisting of an electric hob, kettle, kitchen utensils, fridge, etc.
There are 4 beds, additional mattresses and plenty of blankets.
Please bring your own bedding or sleeping bag.

The activities

Our large garden offers plenty of space to relax and unwind, but also to discover, observe and play (children's toys, sandpit, swing....) We have cats, turtles and chickens. There are also cows on the neighboring farm. The surrounding area invites you to ride a bike (can be rented) and go for a walk.
In Sontheim, 1.5 km away, there are shops, pizzerias, a bank, etc.
The quarry ponds 2km away are ideal for swimming.

Baroque basilica, miniature golf in Ottobeuren approx. 10km
Skylinepark (leisure park), thermal baths in Bad Wörishofen approx. 20km

Rules

Access: NOT through the adjoining farm to the south, but from Sontheim via Fledweg to the northern end of the property.

No open fires in the barn.
Large quantities of garbage, old glass etc. must be taken away or disposed of by yourself.
No excessive parties!!!

Possibility of breakfast (€15 / person)

Coffee/tea juice, bread/pastry, butter, breakfast eggs in the desired form, jam, honey, cheese, fresh raw vegetables (fruit/vegetables), muesli......etc.
A delicious breakfast to fill you up :-) !!
