Description

Our 19th-century farmhouse is surrounded by greenery, surrounded by meadows, woods and paths, ideal for walking, horseback riding, motorcycling or biking. The place is perfect for a relaxing break, pampering yourself with good wine and a good read. We can chat 4 while I work on the renovation of the house and you will enjoy a well-deserved vacation. I will gladly provide my kitchen and refrigerator, as well as the bathroom with shower and solar shower that we will put in the garden for the summer. Away I wait!

The setting

the Place is an oasis of peace. From the provincial road, a small lane leads to our house, which is in the middle of greenery and 2 steps from the river, surrounded only by meadows, woods and paths.

The spots

the pitches are located quite close to the house, there are places in the Sun and others under the trees, depending on the season you will decide where to place yourself :)

The sanitary facilities

one of the bathrooms in the house, the one on the ground floor is available to guests and has a shower, toilet, bidet and sink, there is also a sink outside where you can wash dishes and glasses

the kitchen is rustic but with the essentials, plates and glasses, pots and pans, electrical connection for charging cell phones, and inside the house

The activities

We are in Alto Monferrato, famous for its excellent wines (Dolcetto, Gavi, Barbera) and good food, there are therefore food and wine routes that will delight your palate. In addition to the vineyards that dominate everywhere ( you will feel like in the movie "Un 'Ottima Annata), there are historic villages such as Trisobbio with its beautiful castle that I highly recommend you visit. The thermal baths of Acqui are worth a detour and if you are a sportsman, you will have only to choose...between Golf, horseback riding, mountain biking. In addition, The sea of Liguria is only 40 minutes away by car.

Rules

check-in from h 12 to 7 p.m., check-out by h 11 a.m. The driveway leading to the house is not very wide and has 2 small ditches on either side of the road, so best to arrive by daylight.
