Description

Enclosed orchard in the lower part of the village, between the banks of the Saone and the vineyards. Campsites are located under the cherry trees in the shade, or in the place of an old cherry tree in the sun.
I look forward to sharing a small corner of my orchard, where I grow red berries that I sell direct to the village grocery store and at the market.

The setting

Orchard located in a small street with six houses on one side, including my house, and on the other side fields and my orchard all in length with a magnificent view of Mont Blanc. The freeway is not far away for easy access, so there's a bit of noise when the wind is in the wrong direction. You can also come by bike easily, as the "voie bleue" is at the bottom of the village along the Saône.

The spots

Fairly large but uneven lot
No access to water or electricity on site, and no grey water disposal area.

The sanitary facilities

Dry toilets under construction for the moment I provide a jerry can of drinking water in free access.

The amenities

Table and chairs are available and on request I can set up a barbecue (if the vegetation is not too dry in the vicinity!!).

The activities

You can visit the vineyards around Macon.
You can visit many charming markets and villages in the region.

Grocery and pizzeria in the village 10 min walk away.
