Description

Welcome to the Montagne Ardéchoise. We offer you the ground floor of our house which is independent from the 1st floor where we live. Living room, kitchen, new bathroom/laundry room are all accessible. The plot is located between forest and stream, with a view of the Suc de Montfol. Two electric hook-ups and a drinking water tap have been installed for your convenience. Six pitches are available from April to November and are marked out by stones. We look forward to meeting you!

The setting

We're located 5 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc, with a view of Suc de Montfol and endless fields where our friends the cows surround us for our greatest pleasure. Lac d'Issarlès is 20 minutes away.
The pitches are shaded, on the edge of the forest by a stream. The area is agricultural and sparsely populated. Peace and quiet prevail.

The spots

The terrain is flat, shaded, marked out, easy to access and measures between 7 and 10m each.

The sanitary facilities

Hot water is included, and the sanitary facilities (shower, WC, sink with mirror) are new and located indoors, and available from 7am to 10pm. At night, dry toilets have been created outside.

The amenities

The premises are equipped with Wifi.
Outside electrical terminals make recharging easy.
The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee maker, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher). Basic crockery, pots and pans are provided. Some basic items (coffee, salt, oil, sugar, etc.) can be provided on request.

The activities

There's plenty of hiking to be done, including ascents of Mont Gerbier de Jonc, Suc de Montfol, Montivernoux and Mont Mezenc.
The Issarlès and Saint Martial lakes offer playgrounds, safe bathing areas, picnic areas and water sports activities.
The town of Les Estables, 20 minutes away, offers an all-season toboggan park, as well as accrobranche and paragliding.
The magnificent and famous Ray Pic waterfall is a 25-minute drive away.
The Clastres and Bourlatier farms are worth a visit for their rich cultural heritage and are just 5 minutes away.
Sainte Eulalie is a lively village with all the shops you need (bakery, restaurant, gas station, delicatessen, grocery store, tobacconist, gift store, cellar, etc.).

Other things

Black and grey water can be emptied 5 minutes away in the village, at the campsite entrance. As the area is highly protected, we are unable to offer this service on our site.

Rules

1 / Open from 7am to 10pm.
At night, dry toilets are available in the outdoor hut next to the stream.

Please leave the premises clean after your stay.
No objects may be borrowed without the express permission of the owners.
In the event of an incident, please notify the owners as soon as possible.

2 : Dirty water disposal :
The discharge of grey and black water is strictly forbidden (protected area).
A terminal is available at the campsite located 3km (5mn) from the village center.

3 : Cleanliness:
We ask you to respect nature and our grounds.
Smokers are requested to extinguish cigarette butts with the utmost vigilance and to dispose of them in a bag intended for this exclusive use.
A recycling garbage can is available in the kitchen, as well as a compost bin.
Everything is at your disposal without restriction, but must be used with care and cleaned after use.

4: Noise:
For everyone's peace and quiet, we ask you to respect the silence from around 10pm onwards.
Please avoid any noise or discussion that might disturb your neighbors.
Sound equipment should be adjusted accordingly.
Doors and trunks must be closed as discreetly as possible.

5 : Pets :
Dogs and other animals must never be (email hidden)They must not be left on the site, even locked up, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them. Dog faeces must be collected.

Please note that as the site is not fenced, dogs from the area may be passing through.
