Description

We're a family of three with a project to create a shared, ecological and self-sufficient living space for ourselves, other families and people traveling or living in mobile homes.
Close to Mont Saint Michel.

The setting

The place is an old farm with our dwelling house, buildings, an old bread oven to renovate and 1.7 hectares of land with a pond and a lot of vegetation that we try to vary every year with the planting of fruit trees, medicinal and edible plants.
We have a number of animals - chickens, cats and sheep - and they help us a lot in maintaining the space...
Nights are peaceful, mornings bucolic with birdsong.
The access road is suitable for all vehicles. (Camper/semi-trailer/Tiny-housse...)

The spots

For tenting, a fairly flat green meadow is perfect, next to the sheep and not far from the pond.
For the moment, motorhomes and caravans can be parked on another part of the site, which is more suitable for driving, but just as quiet.
Cars only will be parked in a parking lot at the entrance to the site.

The sanitary facilities

At present, only the dry toilets are installed and accessible to everyone at all times.
An outside tap provides drinking water.
No access to hot water.

The amenities

A power supply is available outside near the camping area.

Currently no kitchen available, planned for (phone number hidden).

The activities

We're surrounded by natural areas, wooded paths, meadows and forests, perfect for walks and bike rides. And by car, we're close to several tourist areas: Mont-st-Michel, Saint-Malo, Cancale, Dol de Bretagne, Dinan, Saint-Suliac, and we're always happy to share our favorite spots.

Other things

If you have a dog, it's important that it's okay with children, chickens, cats and sheep.

Possibility of lending you a two-person tent for an extra €3 per night (additional payment on site + deposit).
Possibility of renting a 2 to 4 berth caravan.
